October 2011: Metzger’s photos, paintings and poetry were recently featured and published in the annual Artists Gone Global 2011 (2nd Ed.) publication. The book can be previewed and purchased on BLURB.com
December 2010: There was a lengthy interview with Ms. Metzger in the December 2010 issue of NAU NUA Magazine. It also featured a series of her paintings created in Paris, the proceeding issue featuring Metzger’s photography.
October 2010: Three photographs have been selected for the final jury round of the 2011 ART ON CALL AWARDS in addition to three of Metzger’s paintings. The photo titles are: “Six Minutes, A Song” - Weinachtsmarkt, Stuttgart, Germany; ”Underneath Parisian Streets” - Paris, France and “Towards a New Architecture” - Venice Biennale, Italy (also published in Kaiserin Magazine this year). The three photos represent altered perception through reflection, reflecting and momentary meditation as well as layered moments in time through transparency.
